Dr. Stephen Box, coordinator of the Marine Conservation Program at the Smithsonian Marine Station in Fort Pierce, FL conducts applied research to provide the knowledge, tools, and technical support needed to secure and manage marine resources today and for future generations. He will share how he and his team engage with communities, industry partners, NGOs, and governments to support science-based decision making.

A reception will follow and a cash bar will be available. No reservation required.
