Applying For and Negotiating a Postdoc Position

On Tuesday, April 30, COSEE-OS will host the second webinar in a two-part series put together by the Institute for Broadening Participation (IBP) on applying for and negotiating a postdoc position. This webinar will focus on what a person might do once they find their ideal postdoc position.
How does one negotiate the right position to fit one’s needs? Participants will hear from Dr. Ashanti Johnson of IBP as well as two guest speakers: Dr. Edward Krug (Medical University of South Carolina), who will discuss how to get the most out of a postdoc experience, and Dr. Joniqua Howard (Universidad de Puerto Rico, Mayaguez) who will talk about her personal experience with the postdoc process.
