Ryan is a 2010 graduate from the University of Maine with a BS in Marine Science, having completed her senior capstone on the subject of plastic pollution in our worlds’ oceans. Prior to joining the COSEE-OS team, she spent 4 months in 2012 on Midway Atoll National Wildlife Refuge as a US Fish & Wildlife volunteer.
