Workshop Activities:
- Two hands-on sessions: ROV-in-a-Bag by Erica Moulton, Marine Advanced Technology Education Center and SENSE-IT (Student Enabled Network of Sensors for the Environment using Innovative Technology) by Liesl Hotaling, University of South Florida
- Tour of Seaglider Fabrication Center and Argo Float Labs (Fritz Stahr & Rick Rupan)
- "Real World” marine technology presentation by Professional Marine Technologist regardingcurrent affairs
- Meet teachers experienced in providing STEM activity-based programs in their schools
This workshop is free and includes a chance to win a ROV-in-a-Bag kit! A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Free Clock-hours & Certificates of Participation upon request.
