Communicating Sciences

COSEE Alaska is co-sponsoring this interactive hands-on graduate level course, Communicating Science, with a focus on ocean sciences. The course will also include the perspective of science as a "way of knowing" that, in Alaska, often coexists with Alaska Native ways of knowing.
This course will take place in both Fairbanks and Juneau with video linkage between the two sites. Course registration is underway. Please forward or post the flyer to help "get the word out" to students in graduate-level science programs in these locations. Similar courses at other universities have also appealed to graduate students in education and indigenous studies programs.
