Miami is surrounded by some of the most beautiful and ecologically significant habitat in the world. Alex Martinez, Recreational Specialist I, from Crandon Park Visitors and Nature Center EcoAdventures will educate us on sea turtle nesting and other activities that occur in the park. Larry Perez, author and Science Communications Liaison for the Everglades National Park, will speak about the importance of the Everglades and how you can explore the River of Grass.
